Tex-Mex Barbecue Chicken

Fire up your grill and prepare chicken and corn to Tex-Mex perfection. With prepared barbecue sauce and taco mix, you can add seasoning to tender chicken leg quarters in seconds.

4 Tyson® Fresh Chicken Leg Quarters
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/3 cup ReaLemon® Lemon Juice from Concentrate
1 envelope taco seasoning mix, 1.25 oz.
1/16 Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
4 ears corn, shucked

Cooking Instructions..........................................................

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high. Wash hands. Mix barbecue sauce, lemon juice and taco seasoning in a small bowl. Wrap each ear of corn in foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation.
  2. Grill chicken, basting with barbecue sauce mixture and turning occasionally, 40 to 50 minutes or until done (internal temp 180°F).
  3. Grill corn packets on covered grill, turning once, 16 to 20 minutes or until corn is tender.
Serving Suggestion: Serve chicken with grilled corn. Refrigerate leftovers.
