Tex-Mex Barbecue Chicken
Fire up your grill and prepare chicken and corn to Tex-Mex perfection. With prepared barbecue sauce and taco mix, you can add seasoning to tender chicken leg quarters in seconds.

barbecue sauce
1/3 cup
ReaLemon® Lemon Juice from Concentrate
1 envelope
taco seasoning mix, 1.25 oz.

Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
4 ears
corn, shucked
Cooking Instructions..........................................................
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Wash hands. Mix barbecue sauce, lemon juice and taco seasoning in a small bowl. Wrap each ear of corn in foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation.
- Grill chicken, basting with barbecue sauce mixture and turning occasionally, 40 to 50 minutes or until done (internal temp 180°F).
- Grill corn packets on covered grill, turning once, 16 to 20 minutes or until corn is tender.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve chicken with grilled corn. Refrigerate leftovers.
