Autumn Apple Chops

Don’t think you have to wait until fall to enjoy these delectable pork chops. This easy recipe is perfect any time of year.

Ingredients.........................................................................

4 Tyson® Fresh All Natural Boneless Loin Thick Pork Chops
1 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoons butter
1/2 medium onion, sliced
1 cup apple juice

Cooking Instructions..........................................................

  1. Wash hands. Season flour with salt and pepper to taste; lightly flour pork chops. Wash hands.
  2. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chops and brown on one side. Turn chops.
  3. Stir in onion and apple juice; bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer; cover and cook 7 to 8 minutes or until chops are done (internal temp 155°F).
Serving Suggestion: Serve with steamed green beans and quick-cook stuffing. Refrigerate leftovers.
