Autumn Apple Chops
Don’t think you have to wait until fall to enjoy these delectable pork chops. This easy recipe is perfect any time of year.

Tyson® Fresh All Natural Boneless Loin Thick Pork Chops
1 tablespoon
flour
2 teaspoons
butter
1/2 medium
onion, sliced
1 cup
apple juice
Cooking Instructions..........................................................
- Wash hands. Season flour with salt and pepper to taste; lightly flour pork chops. Wash hands.
- Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chops and brown on one side. Turn chops.
- Stir in onion and apple juice; bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer; cover and cook 7 to 8 minutes or until chops are done (internal temp 155°F).
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with steamed green beans and quick-cook stuffing. Refrigerate leftovers.
