Southwest Steak Fajitas
Fajitas are one of the most popular choices on the menu at restaurants these days. Now you can enjoy them at home in a matter of minutes.

1 tablespoon
vegetable oil
1 medium
green bell pepper, sliced
1 small
onion, sliced
1-1/2 teaspoons
Southwest seasoning
1
lime, juice only

flour tortillas
Cooking Instructions..........................................................
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
- Add meat, peppers and onions to skillet. Cook and stir 8 to 10 minutes or until hot.
- Sprinkle meat and vegetables with seasoning and lime juice.
Serving Suggestion:
Spoon meat and vegetables into tortillas. Add your choice of toppings, for example, salsa, grated cheese, sour cream or guacamole. Roll up or fold tortillas to enclose filling. Refrigerate leftovers.
