Chicken with Sun-dried Tomato & Garlic Crust

Ingredients.........................................................................

8 Tyson® Fresh Chicken Thighs, bone-in
5 sun-dried tomatoes, julienne sliced
1 cup bread crumbs, Italian
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1-1/4 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 cup milk

Cooking Instructions..........................................................

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Spray baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine Milk, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Italian Breadcrumbs, Olive Oil, Black Pepper and Garlic. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Place mixture in a bowl. Dip chicken thighs in blended liquid mixture then into breadcrumb mixture pressing firmly so mixture adheres to chicken.
  4. Place chicken thighs skin side up on sprayed baking sheet and bake 20-30 minutes or until done (internal temp 180°F).
Serving Suggestion: Serve with pasta and green salad
