Chicken with Sun-dried Tomato & Garlic Crust

Tyson® Fresh Chicken Thighs, bone-in

sun-dried tomatoes, julienne sliced
1 cup
bread crumbs, Italian
1/2 teaspoon
olive oil
1/8 teaspoon
black pepper
1-1/4 teaspoons
garlic, minced
1 cup
milk
Cooking Instructions..........................................................
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Spray baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.
- Combine Milk, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Italian Breadcrumbs, Olive Oil, Black Pepper and Garlic. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
- Place mixture in a bowl. Dip chicken thighs in blended liquid mixture then into breadcrumb mixture pressing firmly so mixture adheres to chicken.
- Place chicken thighs skin side up on sprayed baking sheet and bake 20-30 minutes or until done (internal temp 180°F).
