You can prepare this Asian-inspired chicken dish faster than picking up Chinese take-out!

Simple Sesame Ginger Chicken

Ingredients.........................................................................

1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger,
1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce,
1 tablespoon sesame oil,
or 1 tablespoon olive oil,
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar,
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic,
1 tablespoon water,
1 tablespoon sesame seeds,

Cooking Instructions..........................................................

  1. In small bowl, make the sauce by whisking together ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and water.
  2. Place chicken in microwave safe dish, and cover with sauce. Follow microwave directions on Grilled and Ready packaging to heat.
  3. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
Serving Suggestion: Serving Suggestion: Serve with steamed broccoli and white or brown rice.
