 Tyson Project A+
Through a program called "Tyson Project A+™," we are helping parents and students earn money for their schools. After all, schools can't provide our children with the tools they need if the schools themselves don't have the proper educational tools.
Through this program, consumers collect redemption labels from selected Tyson products and turn them in to participating schools. The schools then redeem them through Tyson for cash. Schools can receive up to $12,000 to use however they see fit.

Hospitality Business Alliance
Tyson is a major sponsor of the Hospitality Business Alliance, a National Restaurant Association Education Foundation program. The goal of the HBA is to promote the implementation of school-to-career programs in the foodservice industry. There are currently 26 states involved who have either implemented or have committed to implement the Prostart and Lodging Management Programs. Prostart is offered to 11th and 12th grade high school students to provide both classroom learning and food industry work experience to prepare them for future career opportunities. Examples of the curriculum include:
- Customer relations
- Preparing and serving safe food
- Preventing accidents and injuries
- Kitchen basics
- Foodservice equipment
- Nutritionals
- Business math
- Controlling foodservice costs

America's Junior Miss
 Tyson is proud to be a sponsor of the America's Junior Miss program. Tyson sponsors the talent category of the competition. The America's Junior Miss Program is held annually to honor the nation's outstanding high school senior girls. This nationwide scholarship and honors program recognizes, rewards and encourages excellence while promoting self-esteem among these young women. With the scholarships they win, America's Junior Misses not only become role models for others, but also go on to pursue their own college and career goals.
The America's Junior Miss Program (AJM) is held each summer in Mobile, Alabama and brings 50 of America's best and brightest high school senior women to Mobile for its National Finals. AJM is the oldest and largest scholarship program for high school seniors in the United States.
Watch D.O.G.S. Across America
 Tyson is a national sponsor of Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads Of Great Students), an innovative program focusing on the prevention of violence in our children’s schools by using the positive influence of fathers for a two-fold purpose: (1) to provide an unobtrusive security presence, and (2) to provide a positive and active role-model for children at the school. Fathers, stepfathers, and grandfathers are asked to spend at least one day at school volunteering as security monitors, reading mentors, sports referees, listening ears, or whatever needs to be done to plant seeds of success in the lives of children.
These dads are not instructors nor are they acting as police. Their presence on campus is in line with accomplishing goal #1 — increasing student security. However, much more is accomplished than just increased security when dads are on the campus. One of the greatest accomplishments is the satisfaction that a dad feels when he completes his investment of a day in the school life of his own child.
