Tyson Fresh Meats’ Case Ready Trimmed Beef addresses the need for a product requiring less cutting skill and a minimum of ground beef
trimmings, while improving end product consistency both in the meat case and on the plate.
Case Ready Trimmed Beef will:
- Provide a uniform finished product
- Require less meat cutter training as it’s
designed as ready for automated slicing or manual cutting
- Avoid the need for difficult styling/trimming decisions
- Reduce transportation of unwanted tissue and fat
