Star Ranch Angus Beef products are available in a variety of cuts, and in both Choice and Select grades. All Star
Ranch Angus Beef products meet the following qualifications:
- Angus cattle
- Grade A maturity
- 1/4" trim specification
- Native conformation (eliminates thin-muscled dairy influence)
- Neck hump not to exceed 2" (eliminates Brahman influence)
