• Academic initiatives include $30,000 in scholarships awarded annually, cooperative education positions with Tyson Foods Team Members, Tyson Leadership Network™ involvement, and faculty-in-residence liaisons at each campus.
• Classroom support entails the capital needed to renovate meat labs and product necessary for hands-on training. Capital support will be used to build, restore, or modernize meat laboratory facilities on each campus.
• Students joining the workforce and current alumni also benefit from the partnership. In addition to career day involvement, Tyson Foods Team Members offer expert advice to students entering the food service industry through panel discussions and presentations. Tyson Foods underwrites alumni chapter development programs and events.
