Creole Fried Chicken on French Baguette

Creole Fried Chicken on French Baguette Shareable New Orleans Po’ Boy loaded with crispy twists of chicken piled on a French baguette, dressed with Creole lemon & pepper mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Served with Creole dipping sauce.

Tyson® Chicken Twists™ Craveable Chicken, Uncooked, (#15842-928) 6 lb.
Deep-fry Chicken Twists Craveable Chicken from frozen at 350°F for 2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds. Hold hot above 135°F.
 
French baguettes, 12-inch, hinge-sliced for sandwiches 12
To assemble single serving: Heat 1 baguette in preheated conventional oven at 450°F for 4 minutes or until crusty.
 
Creole Mayo
Mayonnaise 6 cup
Lemon & pepper seasoning, dried 1/8 cup
Cayenne, ground 1/4 tsp
Combine mayonnaise, lemon pepper, and cayenne in a bowl and whisk to blend. Cover and hold refrigerated at or below 40°F.
 
Green leaf lettuce, fresh, shredded 12 oz.
Tomato slices, fresh, ½ inch 1-1/2 lb.
Parmesan cheese, grated 3 oz.
Place baguette on flat work surface, cut sides up. Spread 4 tablespoons Creole mayo evenly over both sides of roll. Layer 1 ounce lettuce, 4 tomato slices, and 6 ounces Chicken Twists Craveable Chicken on bottom half of roll. Sprinkle ¼ oz. cheese evenly over chicken. Partially close sandwich, slice in half, and arrange on plate.
 
Cayenne pepper hot sauce, commercially prepared 3 cup
Lemon wedges, fresh 24
Pickle slices, drained 6 oz.
Portion ¼ cup each mayo and hot sauce into individual ramekins and arrange on plate with 2 lemon wedges and 6 pickle slices.
