Asiago Caesar Chicken Ciabatta

Asiago Caesar Grilled Chicken Ciabatta

Ingredients

  • 4 Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Frozen Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup low fat Caesar dressing
  • 2/3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Asiago cheese
  • 12 grape tomatoes, washed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • spring green lettuce blend
  • 1/2 red onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 ounces shaved Asiago cheese
  • 4 Ciabatta Rolls


Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, Caesar dressing, lemon juice and grated Asiago cheese in bowl and mix well.
  2. Combine tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper in bowl. Pour onto cookie sheet and roast uncovered in a 400°F oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.
  3. Prepare Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Fillets according to package directions.
  4. Mix Spring greens, onions, roasted grape tomatoes and shaved Asiago. Toss with approximately 1/3 cup mayonnaise mixture to dress salad.
  5. To assemble: Place rolls on flat work surface with cut sides up. Spread remaining mayonnaise mixture on both sides of Ciabatta bread, top with greens mixture, 2 slices bacon and Chicken Breast Fillet. Close with top of bun.
