Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 slices Wright Brand Bacon
  • 2 yellow onions


Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook bacon and remove from fat. Add onions and garlic to fat until soft. Remove from fat and drain on paper towels.
  2. Blend cream cheese, heavy cream, onions, and garlic. Adjust cream as necessary to desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Crumble bacon and mix into dip.
