Balsamic Steak Ciabatta

Balsamic Grilled Steak Ciabatta

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Refrigerated Seasoned Steak Strips, 6-oz. packages
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons garlic, minced, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Italian fresh greens
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 slices red onions
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 Ciabatta Rolls


Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine Balsamic vinegar, 2 teaspoons garlic, orange zest, rosemary, salt and pepper in bowl. Add olive oil in a slow stream while constantly whisking until well combined.
  2. Prepare Grilled & Ready® Seasoned Steak Strips in skillet according to package directions. Reserve 2 tablespoons Balsamic dressing for greens and add rest to skillet with beef and warm through.
  3. Combine greens, tomatoes and onions and toss with reserved 2 tablespoons of Balsamic dressing.
  4. In bowl whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon garlic, salt and pepper.
  5. To assemble: place rolls on flat work surface and cut. Spread 2 tablespoons mayonnaise on top and bottom of each bun. Divide meat among buns, top with 2 slices bacon and greens. Close with top of bun.
