Beef Stew in a Bread Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 Tyson® Beef Tips in Gravy
  • 1 can reduced-sodium vegetable soup
  • 1 can potato soup
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary
  • 4 large sized rolls, hard and crusty

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Empty contents of Tyson® Beef Tips in Gravy into a conventional oven-safe bowl.

  4. Sprinkle rosemary over the stew mixture and heat for 20 minutes or until contents are hot and steaming.
  5. Using a sharp knife, cut in a circular motion around the top of the crusty rolls or small loaves of bread, removing the top. Pull bread out to form a bowl for the stew and place the pulled bread pieces to the side.
  6. Spoon the hot stew into the bread bowls and use the top and pulled bread pieces to dip into the stew.
