Chicken Cordon Bleu Snacker

Big flavor that will leave you craving more is layered into this Snacker sandwich. This recipe uses the Grilled & Ready® product for a faster preparation time and a non breaded option. Tyson® Chicken Breast Fillets can be substituted for this recipe too.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips according to package directions.
  2. To assemble: Place 1 roll on flat work surface. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of mayonnaise on top half of each roll and 1/2 tablespoon honey mustard on bottom half of each roll.
  3. Top with a prepared Chicken Breast Fillet, slice of ham and top with cheese.
  4. Heat uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  5. Add lettuce, close with top half of roll, cut in half and serve.
