Chipotle Seasoned Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken, ground
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 package zesty taco seasoning, 1.25 oz.
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle pepper sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 12 taco shells
  • lettuce, shredded, to taste
  • tomatoes, diced, to taste


Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.  Add ground chicken and cook stirring for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned. 
  2. Stir in taco seasoning, chipotle pepper sauce and water.  Simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Heat shells according to package directions.  Fill with chicken, shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
