Greek Steak Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Refrigerated Seasoned Steak Strips
  • 4 flat breads
  • olive oil, as needed
  • 1 package lettuce
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 red onion, slivered
  • 1/2 cup Greek vinaigrette dressing
  • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper hummus
  • 12 Kalamata olives, pitted, drained


Cooking Instructions

  1. Brush flat breads lightly with oil; grill over high heat for 20-30 seconds on each side. Slice each flat bread in quarters; keep warm.
  2. Toss Grilled & Ready Seasoned Steak Strips, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese and onions with Greek vinaigrette.
  3. To assemble: Spread hummus on flat bread quarters and place on plates, layer tossed vegetables and steak strips and on top of flat bread and top with 3 Kalamata olives.
