Hoppin' Jalapeno Mini Sliders

  • 1 pound chicken, ground
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 cream cheese stuffed jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 cup salsa, thick
  • 8 mini hamburger buns

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.  Add ground chicken and cook stirring often for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned. 
  2. Heat jalapenos according to package directions.
  3. Spread salsa onto buns.  Top with chicken mixture, cooked stuffed jalapeno and top with bun.
