Peppered Pork Roast

If you use a lot of pepper-blend seasoning, try making your own. Look for bulk peppercorns (black, red and white) at natural food stores. Combine in equal amounts and grind to desired texture using an electric coffee grinder.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Rub all surfaces of roast with seasoned pepper. Place in shallow roasting pan.
  2. Roast 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing (temperature will continue to rise an additional 5 to 10 degrees).
