Peppered Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Fresh Tenderloin, 1-lb.
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper


Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix seasonings in small bowl. Rub seasoning mixture evenly over tenderloin. Place in shallow roasting pan.
  2. Roast tenderloin 15 to 20 minutes or until done (internal temp 155°F). Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with herb-and-butter pasta and a tossed salad. Refrigerate leftovers.
