Philly-Style Chicken Melt Recipe

Many great contributions to our country have come from Philadelphia – the Constitution, Liberty Bell and Will Smith just to name a few – not the least of these is the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. Here’s our take on this American treasure featuring chicken instead of beef.  Inspired by a recipe created by Hungry Girl Lisa Lillien.  Nutritional information may vary from the original recipe.
