Rainy Day Honey Barbecue Chicken Sandwich

  • 4 Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Frozen Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 4 slices red onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • 4 slices tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices pre-cut sandwich pickle

Cooking Instructions

  1. In small bowl, mix together ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey and garlic.
  2. Place chicken in microwave safe dish, top with red onion slices and cover with sauce. Follow microwave directions on Grilled & Ready product packaging to heat.
  3. Pile chicken and sauce on bottom half of sandwich bun and top with tomato, pickles, and top of sandwich bun.
