Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

Serve with a side of corn on the cob and fruit salad to complete your meal.
Remember to wash hands and surfaces before preparing food
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in crock pot.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour mixture over chicken thighs and stir to coat.
- Cook on low for approximately 5 hours or until done (internal temp. 180°F).
These can easily be frozen and served later. To freeze place cooked thighs in a shallow bowl, cover and refrigerate until completely cooled. Place into a Gladware® Freezer Container in single layers separated with waxed paper and place in freezer.
Cooking Instructions from Frozen
For Microwave: Lift one corner of the lid to vent. Place container in microwave and heat 2 minutes on high power, remove wax paper dividers and stir. Continue to heat 8 more minutes, stirring every 2 minutes until heated through.
