  • 4 Premium Cornish Hen without Giblets , thawed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning
  • 1 small onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
  • 1 cup pasta sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. Sprinkle hens with garlic pepper. Place hens in 4- to 6-quart slow cooker (do not crowd). Add onion to cooker. Mix oregano and pepper flakes into pasta sauce; pour sauce over hens. Cover.
  2. Cook on low setting 8 to 9 hours or until hens are tender and meat falls easily off bone.
