Smoky Citrus Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken Tenderloins, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 1/3 cup smoky barbecue sauce
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish


Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-hot. Thread tenderloin cubes onto skewers. If using bamboo skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
  2. Stir together remaining ingredients for basting sauce.
  3. Grill kabobs, turning to brown evenly and brushing frequently with basting sauce, 10 to 12 minutes or until just done (internal temp 155°F).

Serving Suggestion: Serve with butter-and-herb rice and baby peas. Refrigerate leftovers.

Substitution Tip: Try using Tyson® Individually Frozen Chicken Tenderloins.  Increase cooking time by about one-third.
