Southwest Steak Fajitas

  • 6 ounces beef
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Southwest seasoning
  • 1 lime, juice only
  • 3 flour tortillas, warmed

Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare Grilled & Ready beef according to skillet package directions.
  2. Add oil, peppers and onions to meat in skillet. Cook and stir 8 to 10 minutes or until hot.
  3. Sprinkle meat and vegetables with seasoning and lime juice.
  4. Cover tortillas with damp paper towel and warm in microwave for 8-10 seconds. 
  5. Spoon meat and vegetables into warmed tortillas and roll tightly.

Hand WashingRemember to wash hands and surfaces before preparing food

Serving Suggestion: Add your choice of toppings, for example, salsa, grated cheese, sour cream or guacamole. Roll up or fold tortillas to enclose filling. Refrigerate leftovers.
