  • 6 ounces beef
  • 1/16 Olive oil flavored cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 hoagie buns, split

Cooking Instructions

  1. Following skillet directions, prepare Grilled & Ready® Seasoned Steak Strips.  When almost done, add onions and peppers and continue to cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring once or twice.
  2. Place 2 cheese slices on each bun. Top cheese with warmed steak mixture.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with garlic dill spears and chips. Refrigerate leftovers.
