Ingredients

  • 6 Chicken Thighs, boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup corn oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced


Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine lime juice, cayenne pepper sauce, vinegar, marmalade, oil and garlic. Pour over thighs.
  2. Cover, marinade 1 hour in refrigerator, then drain.
  3. Grill 6 to 8 minutes on each side over medium-hot coals, or until cooked through.
