Tyson® Chicken Thigh Strips are 100% all natural, with no hormones administered or artificial ingredients. Contains up to 15% natural chicken broth. Great for use in Stir Fry, Fajitas, or casseroles! Cooks in the skillet in less than 11 minutes from frozen!
(Preferred Method)
1. Preheat 1 Tbsp. oil in a large skillet over MEDIUM HIGH heat.
2. Place frozen thigh strips in skillet and cook for 9 to 10
minutes (7 to 8 minutes if thawed) turning 2 or 3 times until
strips are lightly browned and internal juices run clear when
thickest part of chicken is pierced and temperature on
instant read thermometer reaches 170°F.

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Place thigh strips on a foil-lined baking pan.
3. Bake, uncovered from frozen 18 to 20 minutes (13 to 15
minutes if thawed) or until internal juices run clear when
thickest part of chicken is pierced and temperature on
instant read thermometer reaches 170°F.

**For best results when breading or marinating frozen Tyson® IF Chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute.
