How to Cook

Stovetop - Preferred Method

1. Preheat 1 Tbsp. oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

2. Place frozen thigh strips in skillet and cook for 9 to 10 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times, until strips are lightly browned and internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F. (Cook thawed strips 7 to 8 minutes.)

Conventional Oven

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Place frozen thigh strips on a foil lined baking pan.

3. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F. (Bake thawed strips 13 to 15 minutes.)
