Boneless, skinless chicken breasts with rib meat, wheat flour, water, contains 2% or less of the following: dextrose, dried yeast, extractives of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, soybean oil, spices, sugar, torula yeast, wheat gluten, yellow corn flour. Breading set in vegetable oil.
Conventional Oven - Preferred method
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Place frozen breast fillets on baking sheet.
3. Heat 18 to 22 minutes.
1. Arrange frozen breast fillets on microwave safe plate.
2. Heat on high: 1 fillet for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, 2 fillets for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, 3 fillets for 3 minutes. Do not overheat.
3. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
