Roasting Chicken parts of giblets may be missing.
1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove necks and giblets. Simply season inside and out with salt and pepper.
**Stuff if desired. Tie legs together.
2. Place roaster, breast side up, in roasting pan. Check the Bird Alert Thermometer to see that it is completely inserted.
3. Remove roaster from oven and discard thermometer. Allow your Roaster to stand 10 to 15 minutes for easy carving.
