2.  Bake frozen tenderloins 30 to 35 minutes, or until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F. (Bake thawed tenderloins 18 to 22 minutes).

Grill

1.  Preheat grill to MEDIUM heat.

2.  Grill frozen tenderloins, turning occasionally, until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F.
