Boneless, skinless chicken breast with rib meat, water, wheat flour, rice starch, whole grain flour blend (amaranth, quinoa, millet, sorghum, teff), quinoa, contains 2% or less of the following: baking soda, cream of tartar, dried garlic, dried onion, expeller pressed canola oil, extractives of paprika, salt, sea salt, soybean oil, spice, sugar, wheat gluten, whole amaranth, yeast extract. Breading set in vegetable oil.
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Place frozen chicken pieces on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
3. Heat 15 to 20 minutes.
1. Arrange frozen chicken pieces on microwave safe plate.
2. Heat on high:
4 pieces for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes
8 pieces for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes
12 pieces for 3 to 4 minutes. Do not overheat
3. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
