How to Cook

Conventional Oven

Preferred Method

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 

2. Place frozen chicken pieces on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

3. Heat 15 to 20 minutes.


1. Arrange frozen chicken pieces on microwave safe plate. 

2. Heat on high:

4 pieces for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes 

8 pieces for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes

12 pieces for 3 to 4 minutes. Do not overheat

3. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Formed meat product - disappointed Even though this product is described as "100% Natural" and "Chicken Breast Fillets", this is formed meat. That means it is ground up and pressed together to make a fillet-looking piece of chicken. I was disappointed and will try my best to finish the package, but may throw it away. I would appreciate any advice from Tyson on finding non-formed meat products that are chicken breast fillets, cooked, and frozen for sandwiches. The key here is that I really don't want formed meat products but it's not clear how to identify this from the packaging and locate products that are non-formed. Help me Tyson!
