Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare Grilled & Ready chicken according to package directions.
  2. Slightly mash avocado in a small bowl with a fork and add onion, celery, lime juice and cilantro.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Top each slice of bread with lettuce, tomato, avocado mixture and one chicken breast fillet.
  4. Enjoy this sandwich open faced with a knife and a fork.
