Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium. Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes or until golden. Flip and sear on the opposite side for 5-7 minutes
  2. Add the onions and peppers to the chicken. Pour the stock and juices into the skillet, scraping the sides and bottom with a spoon. 
  3. Season the mixture with all dry ingredients, cover and simmer chicken for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 180°F.
  4. While chicken is cooking prepare rice according to package directions.  Serve chicken over rice.
