Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fresh Ground Chicken

  • ½ cup flour

  • 2 tablespoons parsley, fresh, chopped

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sage

  • teaspoons salt

  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  • In a shallow bowl combine the flour, parsley and paprika. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, panko bread crumbs, cayenne pepper sauce, sage, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Dust patties on both sides with the flour mixture. Cook patties 6-8 minutes per side or until lightly browned and cooked through.
