Prepare Any'tizers Chicken Fries according to package directions.
Place 8 slices of bread on a work space and evenly spread a 1/2 T. of Thousand Island dressing on each slice.
Top 4 of the dressed bread slices evenly with sauerkraut, overlapping slices of Swiss chess and 7 cooked chicken fries side-by-side, then 2 overlapping slices of pastrami. Top with the remaining 4 slices of bread, dressing side down.
Lightly spray grill with non-stick spray and add sandwiches. If your grill has a top, close and cook for 3 minutes or until the sandwiches are golden and cheese is melted. If your grill does not have a top, cook for 3 minutes and then flip to toast other side.
