Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and golden, about 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, press pizza crust into 12 x 9-inch rectangle on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 3 to 5 minutes until set but not browned. Remove from oven.
  4. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over crust; spread evenly with dressing. Top with onions, red pepper, mushrooms, celery and Grilled & Ready chicken. Sprinkle evenly with blue cheese. Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated and crust is golden brown.
