Cooking Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into 3/4-inch pieces.
  2. Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high. Add chicken and garlic; stir-fry 3 minutes. Add frozen vegetables, onion and carrots; stir-fry 2 minutes; cover. Cook 2 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender and chicken is done (internal temp 170°F). Stir in sauce. Heat thoroughly.
  3. Serve chicken and vegetables over hot cooked rice.
