Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oil in heavy skillet to medium-high.  Add chicken to skillet and cook, turning occasionally for 15 minutes or until browned.
  2. Combine soup, water, curry powder, cinnamon and onion.  Stir mixture into drippings in pan and mix well.
  3. Return chicken to skillet.  Season with salt and pepper, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until done (internal temp 180° F).
