Cooking Instructions

  1. Make dressing by combining the peanut butter, lime juice and zest, sesame oil, mirin, soy sauce, coconut milk, garlic, ginger, cilantro and sriracha in a blender until smooth. 
  2. Add water a little bit at a time to thin the dressing to desired consistency.
  3. Combine the lettuce, cabbage, carrots, cucumber, celery and Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips in a large bowl.
  4. Toss with the dressing until lightly coated.
  5. Top with desired amount of almonds and wonton strips before serving.
