Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°.
  2. In a food processor, grind cereal and pecans to fine crumbs. Pour into a shallow plate and set aside.
  3. Combine the mustard, molasses, salt and pepper. Brush onto thighs.
  4. Dredge thighs in crumb mixture. Place in a greased baking dish and drizzle with oil.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until cooked through.
