Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a jelly roll pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Arrange chicken in single layer on prepared pan.
In a small bowl, combine jelly, oil, lime juice, garlic salt, lemon pepper and chili powder. Set aside.
Bake chicken 20 minutes; drain and discard juices. Turn chicken over and baste with half of sauce. Bake additional 20 minutes. Turn chicken over and baste with remaining sauce. Bake 10-15 minutes more or until done (internal temp. 180° F).
