Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare slaw by combining jicama, mango, onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, ground red pepper, salt and pepper.  Set aside
  2. Prepare Grilled & Ready Fajita Chicken Strips according to package directions.   Set aside
  3. Heat a medium-sized skillet over medium heat.  Place each tortilla in pan for about 15 seconds per side, or until lightly browned and warmed through. 
  4. Take tortillas out of skillet and fill each with chicken and slaw.  Finish with a squeeze of lime juice.  Serve warm.
