Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Place chicken on a baking pan in 8 stacks and top with honey, thyme and cheese slices.  Cheese may crumble.  
  3. Heat in the oven for 7-10 minutes or until cheese starts turning golden brown around the edges. 
  4. To assemble, place spinach and apple slices on bottom half of roll. Gently place warmed chicken stacks on apple slices and cover with top of roll.
