Herb Roasted Chicken Dinner

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Line broiler pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.  Place Tyson® chicken and potatoes on rack in broiler pan.
  3. In small bowl mix butter, rosemary, thyme, garlic pepper and oregano.  Rub or brush mixture evenly on chicken and potatoes. 
  4. Roast for 35-40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and chicken is done (internal temp 180°F).
