Prepare breaded chicken patties according to package directions. With a few minutes left to bake, remove chicken patties from the oven and top each with 2 slices of ham (fold each piece into quarters to fit patty size), and 1 slice of American cheese. Place back into the oven to finish baking and to warm ham and cheese.
While chicken is cooking, scramble eggs. Set aside and keep warm.
Toast hamburger buns.
When ready to assemble, evenly distribute eggs on bottom of each bun and top with the prepared chicken, ham and cheese patty. Finalize with top of bun.
