1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain, set aside and keep warm.
2. While pasta is cooking, sprinkle chicken with 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, stirring often for 4-5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
4. Turn heat to medium-low. Add sauce and remaining seasoning. Heat 8-10 minutes, or until heated through and chicken is done.
5. Add pasta to sauce and warm through. Top with shaved Parmesan cheese.
