Munchy Crunchy Chicken

A kid-friendly twist on battered chicken. This recipe uses stuffing in place of flour for a tasty coating that gives a satisfying crunch.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. 
  2. Place egg and water in a shallow dish, whisking with a fork to blend well. 
  3. Place stuffing crumbs in another dish.
  4. Place gravy mix in a resealable plastic bag.  Add the chicken a few pieces at a time, shaking to coat.
  5. Dip coated chicken in egg mixture then coat with stuffing crumbs.  Place chicken on a baking sheet. 
  6. Bake chicken, turning once, for 30 to 40 minutes or until done (internal temp 180° F).
